Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept most major credit cards as well as cash. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle to pay with credit cards. We offer flexible payment options to make the process convenient for you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. We'll provide you with an estimate before service in most cases.

Q: What payment methods do you NOT accept?

A: We do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime, Venmo, PayPal, American Express (AMEX), or checks. Please have cash, debit cards, or Visa/Mastercard available when requesting our services.

Q: How do I find my towed vehicle in Prince William County?

Q: Is the vehicle search available for other locations?

A: Currently, our AutoReturn vehicle search system is only available for vehicles towed in Prince William County. For vehicles in other locations (Richmond, Fredericksburg, Woodbridge), please call us directly at (703) 897-1444.

Q: What information do I need to search for my vehicle?

A: You'll typically need your vehicle's license plate number or VIN. The AutoReturn system will show you the vehicle's status, location, and relevant details about impound fees and next steps.

Vehicle Impound & DMV Compliance

Q: DMV gave me 30 days to complete the inspection. Why did you tow my vehicle?

A: The DMV gives you 30 days for your emissions inspection. However, a safety inspection is required by Virginia State Law on any vehicle with VA tags. There is no grace period for safety inspections, so your vehicle may be towed if it fails safety inspection requirements.

Q: My tags were up-to-date. Why didn't you check with DMV?

A: We don't have access to DMV records, so we proceed with a visual inspection of the vehicle. If a vehicle shows visible safety violations or other issues that indicate non-compliance, we follow Virginia law and parking enforcement guidelines.
